Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://cartersmobileautodetailing.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Carter's Mobile Auto Detailing reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Carter's Mobile Auto Detailing markets and arranges Mobile Auto Detailing, Auto Interior Cleaning, Headlight Restoration, Paint Repair Services, Mobile Window Tinting, Vinyl Car Wraps, Mold Restoration. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://cartersmobileautodetailing.com is the property of Carter's Mobile Auto Detailing or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Carter's Mobile Auto Detailing from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by GA law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in GA for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Modifications. Carter's Mobile Auto Detailing may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
